attentive staff really good service replenished food regular refills
arina and roman were excellent. i felt very looked after. food and drinks were refilled often. my favorite items reappeared regularly.
my room was a little noisy at times. i could hear street noise occasionally.

amazing central stay!
helpful staff complimentary wine great location
the staff at the front desk, anna, aruba, and artem, were helpful and cute. i really appreciated the complimentary bottles of wine and the free drinks and nibbles i received (such a nice touch!). the location was perfect for sightseeing, and i found it easy to walk everywhere i wanted to go.
the elevators were a bit slow, but it wasn't a big deal.

The hotel is in a calm street, tucked away, ensuring peace and quiet. the hotel is located centrally making sightseeing easy and convenient. It is close to many attractions. the area feels very safe, even late at night.

The breakfast buffet offered many options, all fresh and tasty. i especially enjoyed the pancakes (they were delicious!). alexandra and olga. They were always friendly and helpful.

the staff was amazing, always ready to help with a smile. aslan was very helpful in getting fans for the room, and ezven was kind during check-out. artem also assisted with the overall experience and was very helpful.

amazing staff clean room comfortable bed helpful suggestion
I appreciated the nice staff. kate, betka, artem, dana, and ahmed were amazing. They were always willing to help with my room and check-in. they also assisted with parking and offered suggestions for locations around the city. beds were comfortable, and i found both the room and bathroom clean.
i was on the third floor, and while i enjoyed the church view, i would like to try the fourth floor on my next visit, if possible.

convenient location complimentary drinks outside noise reception space
i found the location convenient as it was close to many attractions. i also received complimentary drinks and vouchers upon arrival, it was a lovely touch. our room had plenty of space. they also provided complimentary water and wine.
the noise from outside was quite noticeable at times. the constant humming noise from the fridge was also a distraction. the breakfast options felt a bit limited. the lack of space in the reception area was also inconvenient.

The room i stayed in was quite small, with limited space for luggage. I had to keep my suitcase on the floor. The breakfast area became crowded during peak hours. The noise from nearby establishments did disturb my evenings (especially on weekends).

the location was convenient (i loved being so close to everything). the staff, especially kate and artem, were very helpful and approachable.
The room i had was smaller than expected, a bit of a squeeze with luggage. also, the breakfast options felt a little limited. I wished for more variety.
