i found the location convenient as it was close to many attractions. i also received complimentary drinks and vouchers upon arrival, it was a lovely touch. our room had plenty of space. they also provided complimentary water and wine.
the noise from outside was quite noticeable at times. the constant humming noise from the fridge was also a distraction. the breakfast options felt a bit limited. the lack of space in the reception area was also inconvenient.

i found the staff helpful. arina and artem provided welcome gifts upon arrival and departure. the complimentary wine and drink vouchers were a treat, i appreciated the voucher for café louvre. bottled water at check-in and check-out was nice.
the room was slightly noisy because of kitchen staff preparing breakfast early! though the location was perfect, parking was expensive.

The room i stayed in was quite small, with limited space for luggage. I had to keep my suitcase on the floor. The breakfast area became crowded during peak hours. The noise from nearby establishments did disturb my evenings (especially on weekends).

The room i had was smaller than expected, a bit of a squeeze with luggage. also, the breakfast options felt a little limited. I wished for more variety.
